After Filling out the Application you will be directed to the checklist Page where you can fill out the Skills Checklist for your specific specialty.
Once completed our Nurse Recruiter will contact you and begin you in the employment process

    STEP TWO - NURSE ADVOCATE RECRUITER 
NURSE RECRUITER
Our Individual Recruiter will make contact with you to discuss your specialty and places you want to travel. Once you have both narrowed down the options we will begin to match you up with your travel contract!  We Staff over 250 facilities nationwide so there are many options for advancement of your career through various experiences.

  STEP THREE - EMPLOYMENT PROCESS 
PROFILE
Your recruiter will begin to Complete your personal profile. You will then discuss available assignments in your choice area and any further certification or forms required for employment.
These are the required forms needed to complete your profile.
 
  1 Clear Copies of Nursing License-Both Sides of BLS,ACLS PALS
1  Copy of Social Security Card and Driver's License or Passport
1 Current Physical or Physician Statement of clearing for work
1 Hepatitis B documentation (vaccination series of three, titer, booster or signed declination)
1 Proof of immunity to Rubeola, Rubella and Mumps (positive titer or one official physician-signed MMR)
1 Tetanus within 10 years, or signed declination
1 TB screen within 12 months or chest x-ray current within two years

  STEP FOUR-  INTERVIEW PROCESS
INterview
Upon completion profile and receipt of forms, they will be submitted to contracts of choice and a phone interview will be placed. It is important to gather your documentation with your availability for an interview with references up to date if required. This would help expedite the process. Then if both parties agree a confirmation offer would be made.

    STEP FIVE - THE REVIEW STAGE
REVIEW

You will review rates and travel stipend information with recruiter. Pay is broken down into taxed and non-taxed per diem rates. These are outlined by the government to people who travel to their assignments. We will go over the tax free stipend pay with you in your contract. This allows for maximum savings in your final net pay. Once the rates are discussed and finalized you will receive your contract and an offer of position will be made to the facility.

    STEP FIVE- CONTRACT - EMPLOYMENT
TRAVEL CONTRACT
Once you receive for a confirmation you are on your way to your travel assignment or employment with Stat Staff Professionals! Throughout your contract your personal recruiter will continue to touch base with you and help with any concerns you might have or to discuss any future interest in travel contracts. Either way, when you need us we'll be there!

HOUSING-

Stat Staff Pro will pay for single housing through a housing stipend if your assignment is greater than 50 miles from your home of record. If you want us to provide your housing we provide clean efficient furnished accommodations in close proximity to your travel contract.


CONTRACT LENGTHS-
Travel Contracts range from 8-13 weeks some may be longer and be ranges from 36-48 hours a week.

LICENSE REIMBURSEMENT
We reimburse for license reimbursement of any completed assignment through us.

BENEFITS-

Single benefits are free with any contract. we provide befits for family for a monthly premium.


BONUSES-
Stat Staff Provides completed Bonuses with every contract with additional incentives depending on the assignment

REFERRAL BONUSES-
Stat Staff Provides unlimited referral bonuses for any referral that is not in our database and that completes one assignment with Stat Staff.
